At Village Hat Shop, we want you to love your headwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your style, our team is here to ensure you find the perfect hat.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Hat Carefully

  Place the hat in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent crushing or deformation during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
